Ten Day Rejuvenation

I’m going to be starting a seven day total body cleanse and I noticed it gave a warning about being on medication. Will I be harmed at all by this internal cleanse while on the medication Zoloft?

I would talk to a doctor!! I am assuming that any medication should be taken with food, but maybe this is not the case with the Z..
